WELLNESS RETREATS IN ITALY

The art of
living well

Bel Vivere brings together six days of movement, nourishment and connection, in the most beautiful corners of Italy.

Something Beautiful
is Coming

Bel Vivere Wellness is an invitation to slow down and live beautifully. We bring together the things that make life feel good: strong, easy movement, food made with love, time in nature, and the warmth of a shared table. It is wellness the Italian way, and it is a joy from the very first morning to the last.

The Invitation

There is a version of you that wakes slowly, moves with ease, eats beautifully and laughs over long lunches with people who feel like old friends. On a Bel Vivere retreat, that version of you gets to come out and play.

This is not a boot camp, and it is not a spa you sleep through. It is something better than both: real movement, real food, real connection, in the loveliest corners of Italy.

You will leave a little lighter, a little stronger, and entirely renewed.

Four ways to live well

Everything that makes a week away feel like something more.

Two destinations,
one art of living well

Whichever you choose, the rhythm is the same: move well, eat beautifully, and fall a little in love with Italy.

The Experience

Each morning begins with Pilates and breathwork, led by me, to build strength and mobility and to settle your nervous system for the day ahead. What follows is pure Italian pleasure: cooking classes with a Michelin trained chef, markets and olive groves, wine and olive oil to taste, and long, sunlit meals at a shared table.

There is structure enough to feel beautifully looked after, and space enough to simply be.

A taste of it

A glimpse of the days that await — movement, long lunches and the Ligurian coast.

Meet Your Host

Hi, I’m Catherine Giannitto, but you can call me Cat. I fell in love with Italy at 23 and have been returning ever since, drawn to its warmth, its food and the way people make time for one another. Pilates has been my life’s work for 25 years. Bel Vivere grew from a wish to bring these two loves together and share the things that have brought me so much joy. I’d love you to join me.
